They provide hotel pickup service, and the agency reached out to us days before the trip to confirm the pickup location. Our tour guide, Amy, was very professional. She helped us get tickets for the cable car and accommodated any additional arrangements we had.

I’ve been on many tours all around the world but I can honestly say this is one of the best day tours I’ve been on. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly, and the entire pace of the walking tour was great! Forbidden City is a huge area, and without a good guide, you’ll just be staring at a bunch of buildings not knowing it’s significance. His command of the English language is also superb! Couldn’t recommend him more!

Our guide Anson was A-mazing and A-wesome from start to finish. His story and explanation as we walked never bored us at all! Best of all, he know all the best points for amazing pictures where the general hordes do not. The tour guide Li Yaling's explanations were vivid and detailed. She could talk about everything she saw directly and eloquently. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend finding a tour guide like her when visiting the Forbidden City. It would be very exciting and worth the price of the ticket.
