Forbidden City tours

The guide was friendly and attentive, showing care for the group throughout the visit. They provided an excellent explanation of the history and background of the area. The tour was not rushed, allowing ample time for exploration, making it feel nothing like a typical group tour experience.

Hotel pickup was really convenient, reliable and punctual. Christina, tour guide, contacted us via our hotel to add her Alipay contact (I think she will contact by WeChat or Email too) the night before the tour. The van picked us up at the hotel front and dropped us at McDonald in Dongsi area where we met Christina and got on a coach to Mutianyu. We arrived around 10:30 and have free time until 4pm to climb The Wall. Lunch time was flexible and available for you at anytime before 4, you just text Christina and go to the restaurant at the appointment area. The tour ended at Olympic stadium, you can choose to buy a ticket to go inside or go to the subway from here.

We r very lucky to have a punctual tour guide mr andy finding us at lobby hotel on time so fluent in english, always ask if we need everything, tell us all the history about the place we go, our trip supposed go to three place but he add one place at tea shop to taste and learn how to make proper tea…it was amazing experience and the car is super comfort, thank you Andy 👏🏻

Today, October 15th, I attended the National Palace Museum for a half-day guide. Chirstina was very attentive. She reminded me of the meeting time and location via email and WeChat the day before. She saw that I didn’t reply and even called me to confirm >👍 Thank you. She also responded to my questions very quickly. . Today she gave a very professional explanation in English and the information was very sufficient. At the end, she even gave small gifts to the group members🎁😘

The driver is funny and considerate. He will consider our situation and give appropriate suggestions. The service is great!

The morning itinerary was originally to visit the Forbidden City, but unfortunately we couldn't get tickets, so we had to go to the Summer Palace instead! After that we visited the Temple of Heaven and went to Quanjude to eat roast duck. The roast duck seemed not as delicious as before... The tour guide Henry was approachable, attentive and courteous, and was very helpful to everyone. The attractions are clearly introduced, which is worthy of praise! Overall, this trip is worth recommending, but the price is relatively expensive, and the chartered car smelled of smoke, but the driver said that he did not smoke, maybe other drivers were using this car Have you ever smoked in the train?

Today our trip with guide Ms Lucy & shifu driver had been a smooth and enjoyable experience. In particular, Lucy is experienced as the entire itinerary was excellently executed. Despite the heavy downpour which could have otherwise disrupted our plan, she was undeterred and determined to ensure that we were not left disappointed. We will surely recommend to our acquaintances. Kudos to Lucy!
