Great location right opposite the Komtar JBCC and near City Square Mall. It is beside some good restaurants like HDL, etc. The room was adequately soundproof, clean and tidy - daily housekeeping was good. There is a convenience store at the reception level. Overall, a good experience.

We booked a honeymoon suite for our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the privacy on the highest floor. It had a nice view but unfortunately, the view was not as clear as the glass panels of the window were not very clean. It was such a pity. Nevertheless , the suite was nice and cosy. The food served for breakfast was the same for the two days that we stayed. Love that the hotel was well located next to KSL Mall. It’s so accessible and convenient to shop and dine.

Clean and comfy room, believe they slightly renovated recently. Location is very convenient, night market right at the doorstep and mall linked to hotel. Staff was friendly, check in and out was a breeze.
