Everything was informed and coordinated well in advance. As vegetarian we had some decent options for lunch and evening snacks. We first went to TiTop Island, then did Bamboo Boat and later went to caves. Overall experience was great. Upgrade to limousine, definitely worth the comfort.

Its really enjoyable experience specially the sunset party, the food was great fresh and delicious options, our tour guide Thanh is amazing,knowledgeable, and jolly 😊 Our trip in Halong bay is beyond our expectations! highly recommend

We had an amazing time on our Ha Long Bay Day Tour with Michael as our tour guide. He was fun and fantastic, making sure we were always comfortable and entertained. The tour was seamless, and we loved the food on the cruise. The scenery was breathtaking, and the tour was an absolute must-do when visiting Vietnam. We can't recommend Michael and this tour enough - it was one of the highlights of our trip!

I enjoyed the tour and was amazed by the Ha Long Bay. I also enjoyed kayaking alone it made me feel independent. I met several new friends fron Indonesia and South Korea. Mr. Victor and the bus driver are very nice!

The Ambassador DAY CRUISE is top-notch and practical. However, prepare for a very hectic day. Be at the pick-up location at the specified time, sharp, driver will not wait. The cruise itinerary is not doable, unless you want to miss LUNCH (5-star world-class international buffet), or have a 20-30 mins. late lunch in a hurry. Upon disembarking at the Sung Sot Cave area, best to just look around and take photos for 10-15 mins. Board the ship again, get off at the next stop, look around and take photos for 10-15 mins., then board the ship again for Titov Island, look around and take photos of the beach, and board the ship again to return to the Ambassador, in time for lunch at 12:00 p.m. *The Sung Sot Cave is a beautiful cave. To climb: 40 mins. normal speed, no queue; more than an hour on a long queue. Exploring the Luon Cave sitting on a bamboo boat is enjoyable and quick, except for the heat. The activity starts at 1:30 p.m. If you will be out for all or most of the activities, a private cabin will be not much use, except for toilet breaks and the comfort and privacy it offers.

An unforgettable, luxurious experience. Halong and Lanha Bays are exquisitely beautiful. The staff of La Pandora are friendly and professional. Our tour guide Hung (aka Kevin) is entertaining and knowledgeable. Well done to the chief, we had great food. We did the 2 days/1 night option, but would recommend the 3 day cruise.
