the hotel is good n very comfortable, the in front of office is very helpful, the name is Helen, she is very kind, friendly and help us to find a ticket bus from Hanoi to sapa, the room is clean and spacious for my family with 5 persons, the restaurant food is very delicious, even thought is simple... we us like this service, give us late checkout.... thank you very much.... Little hanoi deluxe hotel....

the hotel is accpetable. quite old and little space. the breakfast is also not buffet type but ala carte. anyways, the location is good. near shops and night market.

Nice little hotel. It may not look appealing outside but rooms are clean and comfortable. it is also very centrally located in the mid of all the night shopping . staff will super friendly especially Kate and Helen. they are very helpful too. highly recommend this hotel if you are not looking for anything fanciful but a place comfortable enough to rest.

The staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy assisting and talking to their guests. The room is clean, complete with toiletries and water for free.

The staff was very accomodating to our request and very helpful. They also provided good service and is always there to answer any inquiry that we have. The location was great as it is close to one of the bun cha place. We had fun checking the streets and goingn to the other places to check what they have to offer.
