Instructions were clear and pickup at Furama Darling Harbour was easy to find. Our guide was Stephen and driver was Tom. Both were great with Stephen entertaining everyone on the bus with likely commentary and little tidbits of info about all the places on the itinerary. Pace was okay but might be a little rush if you have seniors in your group. Otherwise, hassle free day tour with everything taken care of.

The tour guide Ray is professional, friendly, harmonious, and considerate. I have absolutely positive reviews for him. The weather in the Blue Mountains is great, and the red cable car is exciting but suitable for all ages. I am very happy to take a photo with Koala, the koala!

Unforgettable blue mountain trip hosted by Alfie the professional tour guide. He had well described and went into deep on background and history of every spot. Besides being professional, he is a nice, helpful and talkative guy, which helped me to understand and experience more as an overseas traveler.
