the hotel is superb, excellent customer service and housekeeping. the amenities are in the lobby you can just get it and there is unlimited coffee and ice pop. there is also an onsen in the hotel. it is also surounded by affordable and delicious resto outside. it is 2 mins walk to fushimi train station. there is also drugstores and donki nearby

The room is very comfortable, the service is also very good, you can communicate fluently in English. During the cherry blossom season, you can enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms on the riverside opposite the hotel

The location is convenient, the breakfast options are diverse, although the English at the front desk is not very fluent, the translation machine is usable, it is still very good, worth recommending~~

highly recommended hotel! unbeatable price for a family of four. they let us stay in one room. the amenities are nice. room was always cleaned. staff is polite and nice and helpful all the way. the location is in between a family mart and a 711. subway is close to the hotel. many things to see around the area. would love to go back again. thank you!

location superb as well as amenities :) quiet side of Japan and almost walking distance to tourist attractions. will go back for sure.
