Our tour with Eric in Hokkaido was absolutely wonderful! Eric was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about showing us the best of the region. Our visit to Lake Toya was breathtaking; Eric shared interesting insights about the area, enhancing our appreciation of its natural beauty. The highlight was definitely snowmobiling at Snow World, where Eric ensured we had an exciting yet safe experience. His enthusiasm and attention to detail made the entire day seamless and incredibly enjoyable. We highly recommend touring with Eric if you’re visiting Hokkaido—it’s a memorable adventure not to be missed!

Serina was very helpful and nice, she gave great instructions during our travel. Unfortunately our day was very cloudy so we weren’t able to see mt Fuji clearly but was still great to go to all the locations.

Oscar is the tour guide for the day, he really managed everything well, all itinerary went as planned. In the morning, just go to the meeting point and trip started! he is a cheerful and responsible person, very knowledgeable about Hokkaido! at the end, there is a free gift from the company for all participants in the tour!

This your showcases the most popular spots in Kyoto and Nara. If you don’t have much time especially if coming from Osaka, I recommend you to get this tour. Also, our tour guide “Panda” was very fun.

It was amazing since the starting of the trip . We can’t find the way from shinjuku to the meeting point almost the departure time. The tour guide Mr.Will came down stairs to pick up us to the train exit. We really appreciate it. However, at the arakurayama sengen park we went upstairs and downstairs and walked to Hikawa clock shop along the road of Japanese houses. It took time 2 hours. Not recommended for elder or people who don’t like to hike and walk.

It was a great day. Transfer was seamless and English of the guides were excellent. Food and toilet stops were also accounted for and a extra stop could always be requested. I enjoyed my three hours exploring the Kumanokodo walking trail.

The penguin walk was really cute. also got to see other animals in the zoo. Went to the Shirahige falls, Ken and Mary Tree and Biei Blue Pond. This was a short stops for photo ops but it's ok for me. Still got to see all these iconic spots in Hokkaido. Our guide, Bryan was the best. Gave some info on our nxt stops and made sure everyone is on the bus before leaving. 5☆ for Bryan.

First time using Klook. Satisfied. The trip is using a mini van. The driver helped bringing our baby stroller up and down the bus each time we stopped. The guide was a Chinese but can speak English. Going on early November has the plus point of not much crowd. Disadvantage is the zoo is closed and the fall leaves mostly brown, not as colorful. We got the first snow when we visited the Blue Pond.
