I highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide Alex was very accommodating and knowledgeable in all of the places we visited. He even recommended us products to buy and routes to follow in each destination to maximize the time. The schedule was strictly followed. I will be booking future tours from them again!

I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide, Lisa, is very helpful and friendly. She is particular with departure time and made sure that we were the first group to leave for the next location that's why we were able to savor the location with fewer people for a while. Noboribetsu is kind of hard to DIY so this is why I do not mind the fast-paced tour. If you're someone who wants a little more time to wander around then I suggest to hire a private tour.

the guide saeko san and driver abiko san are really nice. itinerary is very packed and we didnt have enough time to take lunch/sightsee in toya lake. but over all it was a great tour and the experience is superb

The driver is Japanese and he is very kind and amiable. He greets you in Japanese every time you get on and off the car. The itinerary is good: The view restaurant at Lake Tono is beautiful. The bears in Showa Shinzan and Bear Ranch are very cute. You can also feed them and they will interact with us and greet us. When we can throw cookies, he will pick them up with his mouth and hands (7- 8-year-old cute 🐻 bear) Noboribetsu Jigokudani has beautiful scenery, and (Jiajia leader) will also take us to take photos of the logo. Tour guide Olivia is awesome! ! ! Always smiling and sincere, you can feel that he loves Hokkaido from the bottom of his heart❤️ He shared a lot of knowledge and characteristics of Hokkaido, which made the whole trip more exciting! The overall itinerary is properly arranged and the time for visiting most attractions is sufficient. However, the time for visiting Hell Valley is not enough. It is recommended to increase the time. The tour guide has good time management and can ensure that tourists gather on time

It was very cold because it was winter, but the view was clear and sharp far into the distance, so I was able to overcome the cold. You can choose between fried chicken, yakiniku, and eel rice bowl, and the prices are 1,500, 3,000, and 1,500 yen. The portions are very small, but the rice is unlimited refills. The taste is okay, and it seems like a restaurant that is run almost like a business. Lastly, the most important thing is the restroom.
