I was a little worried because it was my first time using this service, but I was able to enjoy it without any problems. Activities included the zoo, the ocean, the shopping street at Phillip Island, and the penguin parade. There was no Japanese guide, but the driver wrote the meeting time on a whiteboard, so it was easy to understand.

It is strongly recommended to purchase tickets in advance, because all tickets are sold out on the day of arrival. You can prepare beach mats. Even if you purchase them for general viewing, you will be closer if you sit on the side of the beach.

Angel, the tour guide and driver, is very considerate. He explains tourist attractions in biliterate and trilingual languages so that guests can understand clearly. His driving skills are also very stable👍

It was an amazing daytrip lead by Matt. He is an excellent guide with a lil bit of humour, friendly towards kids. Albeit we our penguin parade was cancelled due to extreme wheather, we still enjoy the day so much ❤️

tour group was a comfortable size of around 20 odd people, guide was clear and concise with the information provided. enjoyed the penguin parade and sanctuary the most; plenty of time to enjoy the place at your own pace. would definitely recommend!

The tour guide John was quite witty and humorous, friendly and polite. The schedule is a bit rushed, but understand. The tour guide introduced the Italian restaurant for lunch quite good, and arrived at Penguin Station earlier, so you can go earlier to sit in a more advantageous location.
