The hotel was excellent! The rooms were equipped with good air conditioning and offered a great view. Its location is very convenient—close to Disneyland, Macau, and Ngong Ping 360, and also easily accessible from the airport. The staff were very nice, polite, and approachable. Overall, a wonderful stay!

hotel is ok except for the location. You need to ride the mini bus (4-4.50hkd) to go to the nearest mtr

I didn't know this because I made the reservation without reading the reviews, but there is a HKD3,000 deposit at check-in. This time, I stayed with two children, but there was a Disney TV in the lobby, a playroom, and a pool...we couldn't use it all. lol The breakfast buffet at Dragon Wind is included for two adults, but children over 3 years old cost HKD250 (about 5,000 yen) per person. Both children and adults were delighted to be able to take photos with Disney characters! There is also a restaurant next to the restaurant where you order, so we may have been better off choosing that instead. The hotel staff were very cheerful and helpful, and it was a hotel I would like to stay at again (^^)

we have a great experience staying at Hotel Ease Access Tsuen Wan. It was just a 8 to 10mins walk to the mtr station. after a tiring walk and roaming around the city, when you got back to the hotel you'll have a good night sleep and the location is not crowded.
