recently stayed at Chatrium Grand Bangkok for four nights, and I must say, this has been my best hotel experience so far! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. During breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff—Eye, Palm, and Por—went out of their way to arrange a birthday cake for me. They even took the extra effort to email me the birthday photos, which was such a thoughtful touch. A special mention to Eye, whose warmth and hospitality truly stood out. Every morning, we were greeted by Nid/Nic, a lovely and cheerful lady whose charming personality made our day. Her positive energy was infectious! Sharp was also incredibly helpful, always guiding us with directions and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding—I highly recommend trying the Phad Thai, it was absolutely delicious! Housekeeping was also top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained stay. Having traveled extensively and stayed in many five-star hotels, I can confidently say that Chatrium Grand Bangkok stands out above the rest. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Bangkok! Well done Chatrium Grand Bangkok!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Novotel! The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the facilities really stood out, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. It was a lovely getaway, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone considering a staycation from Bangkok. It’s absolutely worth every penny, and we can’t wait to return!

5 nights stay, and we keep on re-booking. There is a 7-eleven infront of us. Pratunam market is walkable, and other shopping centers like krung thong plaza, shibuya, tofuskin, platinum mall, decembers.

We stayed here for more than 10 days and we extended for 4 times. If you are planning to shop within pratunam market, decembers, tofuskin, platinum mall, big c, the central, this is one of the best hotel for you.

It's a good hotel. The room was clean and bigger than other hotels. There are shopping malls nearby and they even have buggy cars to Siam Paragon, which is nice. The staff were friendly and I'm especially grateful to Miss PAZZA for taking care of me in many ways. Be happy!
