The transportation is convenient, the airport skyline goes directly to Ueno Station, and you can reach it within 5 minutes' walk after exiting the station. On the left side of the hotel entrance is the Ginza Line and Hibiya Line subway station entrance. Taking the subway to the city is super fast!

Was upgraded to universal room, which is big enough for family of 4yrs. Front desk customer service personnel was very helpful especially the 2 Mynamer nationalities staff. Kudos for a great service rendered to your customer. Will definitely be back during my next trip.

Walking distance to sub-way and railway lines, near Takeya whereby you can buy local snacks as gifts or family and friends. Good and reasonable eateries restaurant nearby hotel too.

perfect location. super expensive on same day booking. great location as it it located at the back of Ueno shopping disctrict. will book again if given a chance

overall satisfied on our second stay here. our room is located with great wifi signal. staffs are friendly and polite. spacious as well. will definitely be back

The room is spacious. nice view from the room. The location is excellent. near to subway and JR station. lots of food around that area.
