When I showed the barcode at the entrance, they exchanged it for a paper ticket and I was able to enter. There is no need to exchange it. Once you get to the entrance, you can enter. It was a little cheaper than the official ticket, so it was helpful!

This is a beautiful place. The guided audio tour is very interesting. The stained glass windows and the architecture are stunning. The workmanship on the ceilings and walls and even on the tombs is awe inspiring. The staff and clergy are welcoming and very helpful.

There are many types of cruises on the Thames River and at the boarding area, so I was a bit confused about which cruise it was, but fortunately the ticketing staff explained it well, so there was no problem. It was a bit disappointing that it was not an open-roofed cruise, but it was nice that I could get off and get back on in the middle.
