The female customer service at the front desk is professional, friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to any tourist attractions and the transportation is very convenient. The security of the hotel and nearby areas is very safe and good. The non-smoking area in the hotel is very suitable for family guests or guests who are afraid of the smell of smoke in the room. Due to frequent check-in I feel that this hotel attaches great importance to customer service and quality, so it is very popular with foreign tourists! The CP value is really outstanding!

Due to a burst water pipe at home, I needed to find a place to stay temporarily, but many hotels were full, so I finally found the Cebu Hotel. I had no expectations, I just wanted to find a place to sleep. But the biggest surprise turned out to be one of Sahil's employees. He is simply a great teammate. Not only did he help me solve a lot of room problems, he also helped me find the best deal even if I had to stay a few more days. It's really worth appreciating.

location is perfect. it is accessible to everything from restaurants, shops, malls, subway, and taxis and buses are just right infront of the hotel door.

I recently stayed two nights at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience! The room was impressively clean and spacious, especially by Hong Kong standards, with all the essentials provided. The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location was convenient, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick. Overall, a fantastic stay – would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality service and comfortable accommodations in HK!

the staff our so nice. they give us the room with view. expect the elevator is small but its okay given the situation in the city. used again the code of FINDINGGIAKLOOK and we get additional discount YEYYYYYYY
