The tour guide speaks Chinese and English, and will introduce the scenic spots and history in detail. Since I don't understand English well, he will speak Chinese to me specially, and tell me the toilet and meeting time and place. The whole trip is very reassuring.

It was our first time in Malaysia and we really wanted to see the tourist spots in the country so we decided to book a tour from Ivy Holidays, it was our first time joining a join in tour as well so we’re kind of hesitant at first but decided to book it anyway to save money.
Boy, we’re glad we did!! Everything was truly a smooth, wonderful experience. Call time was between 9am to 9:15am, we left the pick up point on time then went to see Batu Cave, a side trip to a local shop then on to see Genting Highlands thru cable car.
Our tour guide (Sir Balan), was very knowledgeable, kind and approachable. He gave us clear instructions and information regarding the place so everything was a breeze. He always remind us of the do’s and don’ts to avoid trouble and so we were left nothing but good memories. Our driver was also very careful on the road, he’s a jolly person and was kind enough to drop
us off near the Petronas Tower which we all appreciated since it was drizzling that time.
Ivy Holiday really gave us a bang for our buck!! Thank you and may you have more tours to come!!

it’s a must try ,the pick up was on time from the hotel and our tour guide Khelvin was great his very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly , he will even escort you to the points and take nice pictures, his super friendly and with the mix nationality on the tour he make all of us feel comfortable. I truly recommend this tour.

very comfortable trip with hotel pick up for city center. also many thanks to Mr. Darwin our guide and to our driver tour that lead us to our way to batu cave and genting highland. they explain very well about all the procedure on getting there.

We had an awesome time at Batu Caves and Genting Highlands! The views were amazing, especially from the cable car ride up to Genting. Batu Caves was super cool with its colorful temples and statues. Big thanks to our guide, Mr. Darwin – he was so friendly and made the trip even better. Totally recommend checking these places out if you're in Malaysia!

Must-visit 2 spots in Malaysia. It's whole day and I didn't regret spending my energy here. Oh how I love the Gondola! Genting highlands is a very nice attraction. Just spend your time and money wisely while already there. I highly recommend eating in Souled Out, pricey but food is great. Gerald the tour guide made the tour incredible.
