beside all you can eat crab there were also other dishes/pastries. however time given for lunch was short hence very rush. only ate 2 round of crabs. the strawberries picking was my favorite! 😍 the strawberries were big, sweet and juicy. best highlights of the tour. At KAWABA DENEN PLAZA it started snowing when we about to leave on a bright sunny day. Toufu scooping was a good experience. Pleasure forest great place to enjoy the lightings. overall this was a very fruitful and enjoyable tour

The tour was relaxing and fun way to sample each flower park spots. Our tour guide, Seiko, was wonderful. He explained the time to come back and what each park is famous for. The bento box was huge and so good. We missed the purple wisteria but the yellow ones and a huge variety of flowers were there.

11/6 Participate in Klook’s one-day tour: Ashikaga City Red Leaves One-day Guided Tour (Watarase Gorge Railway & Takatsuto Gorge & Ashikaga Koh no Hana Garden), departing from Shinjuku Center Building at 8:50 am, the traffic is smooth, about 11 Order the salmon rice bowl set meal at Imachi Japanese Restaurant. In the afternoon, we went to Lake Somu, and then took the Watarase Valley Railway to enjoy the red leaves on both sides of the river. The tour guide said it would take another two weeks to see the full glory of the red leaves. The train only has one carriage, so we took four stops and got off at Minunuma Station, and walked a short distance to the suspension bridge to see the beautiful scenery of Takatsuto Gorge. The itinerary specially arranges to go to the famous Ashikaga Flower Park at night to watch the bright light show of 4 million lights.

nemophilias and wisteria have gone past bloom but these places are still wonderful to visit. there are a lot of flowers to delight. they gave us 2 hours at each place and these were enough to go around and admire the flowers. bento lunch on the bus was good. we also stopped at a rest stop for snacks. highly recommended for those with limited time and want to see both parks

is was as impressive as I expected. Still alot of green and not much of the beautiful autumn colors. the weather is still warm in Nov 2023 at tokyo, I think this year autumn really come late for tokyo and Nikko region. but the tour is very well organised and the japanes lady tour guide Ayumi, is very professional, friendly and helpful.

The strawberry picking was free-flow, with a plastic cup for us to put our trash after eating as many strawberries as we wanted. The all-you-can-eat-crab was also free flow with other local dishes mixed with it. The tofu-making session was very interactive and we could eat our own tofu with other dishes provided by the local factory. Finally, the light show was very interactive as it was in a Doraemon theme, a familiar theme for both the young and the adults.

Took this trip during April and it was amazing! Flowers were in full bloom and it was beautiful. The bus driver was great and the transfer was comfortable. Lunch in a bento set was a really nice touch too. I found the pick up arrangements in the morning quite confusing and stressful as it was hard to find the right tour guide. Our tour guide was good but didn’t share much information nor engage beyond the functional arrangements.
