Things to do in Sun Moon Lake

This is the second time I took the ride with my family. I scanned the QR code at the counter to pick up the tickets. It was very convenient to buy and use immediately!

The tour was great, but a little rushed. I wish we had a little more time to explore. Communication w/ the tour company was good, they sent an email the day before with all the necessary information. Kent (our guide) was informative and accompanied us for the optional bike ride by the lake. He also a great photographer and helps take pictures for you and points out good spots. Thank you!

Leo was a great guide and driver! Great recommendations on what to do and he was more than happy to let us take our time with all the stops. Equestrian show is highly recommended.

Had an enjoyable trip experience with Ken, whom is our driver and tour guide at the same time. He is very polite and cares a lot for our group well being, making sure we gets the best out of the limited time itinerary which really benefits us a lot. It was a very good experience. Transportation in Taichung is not very convenient, but Jianye still joined a tour group. The driver was very professional and was on time at every stop. The Taiwanese were very warm and hospitable. I want to come again next time.

The attitude of the service staff is very good. They provide free parking, check in and give out black tea. The attitude of the clerks in other branches is also very good. I told the clerk that there was a strange noise while riding, and the clerk helped us change the bike directly! It’s pretty beautiful along the way and it’s easy to take pictures.
