Very nice and helpful staffs. The hotel is strategically located beside the Kyoto station, about 100 m away from the station. The room is however a little bit narrow.

It's really close to the station. It's just across the road from the west exit and it doesn't take 5 minutes (but the railway also has many lines 😂 please pay attention). There is a 7-11 convenience store downstairs. You can directly tap your card to go in and buy things at night without having to worry about getting caught in the rain. The room feels quite spacious, and two large luggages can also be opened. There are 12 washing machines in total, divided into three floors. You can see how long it will take to complete on the TV in the room. Like👍🏻! There is a post office and a kimono shop in the building next door. I successfully sent packages back to my country (a translator is provided👍🏻), and I also successfully walked-in and wore kimono to go shopping in Arashiyama! It's also cool to store your luggage after check-out. There are a whole row of locks and cabinets for storage, so you don't have to bother the staff.

The hotel location is quite convenient. It's right near Kyoto Station, so whether it's eating or walking around, there's no problem!
