Our driver Pei was punctual, easygoing, polite and professional. Pei confirmed the meeting time and location via WhatsApp the day before. He arrived at the hotel early on the day and was able to arrange and suggest appropriate routes based on the places we wanted to go. The visibility of Mount Fuji was 10 on that day, and the weather was very good. The clearly visible Mount Fuji was beautiful and picturesque. Highly recommended!!

The tour guide, Tiffany Jiang, is knowledgeable and friendly. Keep in mind that the weather might affect the itinerary for the trip, specifically if Mount Fuji is covered with clouds, making some of the sights not worth going to.

Blair was our guide and she shared a lot of tips on the different places to go and activities to do. She must be our lucky charm bcos we were able to see Mt Fuji very clearly!

fast, convenient. there was an inccident that out luggages was mistaken brought to another bus and transfered to Narita instead of Haneda 😢But the staffs were so nice they supported us in time to check in and fly back home. love Japanese ppl
