The weather was good, so I could see Mt. Fuji and everything else well. It was very cold because it was winter, but the view was clear and sharp far into the distance, so I was able to overcome the cold. You can choose between fried chicken, yakiniku, and eel rice bowl, and the prices are 1,500, 3,000, and 1,500 yen. The portions are very small, but the rice is unlimited refills. The taste is okay, and it seems like a restaurant that is run almost like a business. Lastly, the most important thing is the restroom. The restrooms at Sengen Park are the worst, so if you can go there before that, I recommend going. Our first course was the clock shop, and then Sengen Park, and the restrooms were...

The Takayama & Shirakawa-go Day Tour with Beef Lunch was an unforgettable experience! The itinerary was well-paced, allowing us to explore the stunning scenery of Shirakawa-go and the charming streets of Takayama without feeling rushed. The highlight was definitely the beef lunch – tender, flavorful, and truly a taste of local cuisine. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip even more enjoyable with their insights. Everything was organized perfectly, from transportation to the overall flow of the tour. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to explore these beautiful areas stress-free!

Join this day tour on 8th January 2025 (Tuesday)and our tour leader is Jay, he is friendly and he can communicate using 3 languages (Mandarin, English and of cos Japanese) , so lucky to see falling snow when reach first destination. Feeding of seagulls is also a very good expreriece and accompany by lots of eagles when feeding seagulls . First time seeing so many eagles together and flying passes us so close. Overall I do enjoyed it.

Today, four of us took your company's tour bus to visit Asahikawa, Biei, and Furano routes. The tour guide, Ms. Lisa Yang, is very attentive and explains each scenic spot in the car in advance, so that our tourists can understand and plan the route in advance. The driver with car number 5555 is also very dedicated and has first-class driving skills. Every time a tourist gets on the bus, the bus will be inspected. Especially when I got off the bus at Sapporo TV Tower, the Huawei mate60pro mobile phone that I put in my coat pocket fell on the seat. When I found it, tour guide Lisa Yang was already looking for me. Since the phone number I left for the travel company was lost in the car, I could not contact him. I. Fortunately, I found that my phone was missing and immediately called to see where it was. When my companion just called, tour guide Lisa Yang immediately answered the phone, then agreed with me on the handover location and delivered it to me in time. Nowadays, losing a phone is not a trivial matter. Our contact information for subsequent trips is all on the phone. Here I would like to express my deep gratitude to Lisa Yang. Her ability to help return the phone in time made me more impressed by Klook. The last time I used Klook's service was when I booked a hotel in Kyoto for the first time in Japan. I thought it was pretty good at the time. Ms. Lisa Yang's service is something I will never forget. Thank you, Ms. Lisa Yang, and wish you forever youth! I wish klook business will prosper!

The process was smooth and the tour was organized. Some travellers got confused though as to who their tour guide was. Better check the e-mail that will be sent to you the night before and read all the details i.e., tour guide name, bus number, etc.

The guide was very prompt and clear. she was also very friendly and organized. We were lucky enough that Mt. Fuji was at full visibility during our tour. Super gorgeous in person! The pictures don't do it justice! 🥰
