The day before the trip, I received an email stating that the tour guide had been changed to Mr. "Yang Xiaoyi", but I could not contact Tour Guide Yang through line, wechat, or whatsapp. At 7:30 on the day of the trip, my family and I could not find Tour Guide Yang under the BEAMS sign in the Shin-Marunouchi Building. Other tourists on the same trip could not find Tour Guide Yang, nor could they find the 604 bus mentioned in the email. Later, a tour guide from "SAWAKI" who also took the Lake Kawaguchi itinerary found out about this and invited us to join their itinerary. The tour guide SAWAKI's adaptability is very good! Faced with such things, he can make decisions without hesitation. Although we are not tourists in his group, he can just ignore us like other tour guides, but he invites us to join his group without hesitation and treats us very well. Very nice to tourists like himself! Not only did he invite us to drink coffee, help us take photos, tell us about famous stores, etc., it is a great addition to Gogoday’s corporate image! Sincerely thank you SAWAKI for letting us have a wonderful day!

When I was making a guide, I found that the transportation to the destination I wanted to visit was very inconvenient. I signed up for a one-day tour on Kelu. I found it very convenient and very cost-effective! It fits so well! I will choose again next time. Meeting at Tokyo Station in the morning was not as troublesome as expected, it was still very convenient. Our tour guide, Mr. Shen, was very knowledgeable and told a lot of little knowledge about Mount Fuji, which was very rewarding. I think the most beautiful place is Reagan Field. I like rural areas like Japan, and it feels a bit like Shirakawa-go, which I have been to before.

The tour guide Langlang is enthusiastic, talkative, knowledgeable, and has strong multi-lingual skills, which adds a lot to this trip. I was especially lucky to have the beautiful Mount Fuji clearly visible, which was very worthwhile. Finally, if the attractions at Saiko Healing Regan Field are replaced by Lake Kawaguchi Cable Car Sky Park, it should be more abundant.

I really enjoyed this trip, the locations we were taken to where beautiful and we had just enough time in each place to explore them. For lunch your given an option to eat as a group or go to a nearby konbini etc. The food was ok, but luke warm. Besides that everything about this trip was great, the tour guide was also really friendly and explained what best to do in each location.
