I feel so lucky to have had Bill as our guide. He was absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs. Although my English is bad, Bill always made sure I felt included and comfortable. He patiently explained everything and constantly checked to see if we were okay. His ability to remember everyone’s names — even mine, which is a difficult Chinese name — truly impressed me. The classic stops along the Great Ocean Road were stunning, but what made this tour truly unforgettable was Bill's warmth and care. At the end of the day, he gave me a big hug and even held my hand to guide me safely across the road — such a deeply touching gesture that I’ll never forget. To Bill: I miss you already. Meeting you on just my second day in Australia was such a lucky and special moment. I sincerely hope I’ll get the chance to see you again one day — by then, I promise to have practiced my English so we can share more stories next time! Thank you so much, Bill — you made my trip incredibly meaningful. Hope to see you again soon! ❤️

The Melbourne Skydeck offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and beyond. Located on the 88th floor of the Eureka Tower, it provides a thrilling experience with attractions like The Edge—a glass cube extending from the building. Perfect for photography and sunsets, it’s a must-visit landmark for tourists and locals alike. Stunning, iconic, and unforgettable!

Melbourne is one of the few cities in the world that allows hot air balloon flights. Passengers will enjoy a one-hour five-star hot air balloon experience, rising with the sunrise, and the journey ends at around 9 to 10 in the morning.

This one-day Great Ocean Road tour was long but absolutely worth it. The scenery was stunning from the coastal cliffs and beaches to the iconic Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge. Our guide was friendly, and we had just the right amount of time at each stop. It’s a packed day with a lot of driving, but the views and stops along the way made it memorable. Highly recommended if you want to see the highlights in a day!

Tips for Your Federation Square Visit

When is the best time to visit Federation Square?

Federation Square is awesome anytime, but the best weather comes in Melbourne's spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May). If you visit during big events like the Melbourne International Film Festival, you'll have an even more fun and lively time. Plus, there are festivals for families, sports enthusiasts, foodies, and art lovers. In December, enjoy the Christmas carnival, watch the New Year's fireworks in style, or chill out in a cool dome in winter with wine and cheese.

How to get to Federation Square?

Federation Square is super easy to get to since it's near Flinders Street Station, making it simple to reach by public transport. Many tram routes with railway lines like 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67, and 72 stop close by. Riding Melbourne's reliable public transport is a smart choice to skip the parking fuss.

Where to eat at Federation Square?

Enjoy authentic First Nations cuisine at Big Esso by Mabu Mabu and savor award-winning dishes made from local ingredients at Victoria by Farmer's Daughters. If you want a cool rooftop drink, head up to Transit Rooftop or chill with a cocktail at Transport Public Bar.
