First time using Klook. Satisfied. The trip is using a mini van. The driver helped bringing our baby stroller up and down the bus each time we stopped. The guide was a Chinese but can speak English. Going on early November has the plus point of not much crowd. Disadvantage is the zoo is closed and the fall leaves mostly brown, not as colorful. We got the first snow when we visited the Blue Pond.

The penguin walk was really cute. also got to see other animals in the zoo. Went to the Shirahige falls, Ken and Mary Tree and Biei Blue Pond. This was a short stops for photo ops but it's ok for me. Still got to see all these iconic spots in Hokkaido. Our guide, Bryan was the best. Gave some info on our nxt stops and made sure everyone is on the bus before leaving. 5☆ for Bryan.

The tour guide was really dedicated. He tried his best to introduce the scenery by switching between Chinese/Japanese/English, and was super polite! Although it rained and the weather was very cold when I went there in mid-March, and my hands were frozen to the point of pain, I recommend that you still bring gloves and an umbrella when you visit in March. But the rain got lighter when I was sitting on the chairlift, which made me so happy. It’s great that I can enjoy the beautiful scenery directly from the chairlift! The seagulls and eagles are both very active in competing for food. It is really fun to feed the seagulls. You can buy two more packs of shrimp crackers and drive the seagulls forward to watch as they try to get closer. It’s a pity to have nothing to give them! I accidentally fed an eagle. The eagle is quite fast and when it saw a black thing rushing towards it, it would better throw away the biscuits. Later I got lazy and just threw it, but I was able to catch quite a few, which was super fun. All in all, apart from being very cold and taking a long car ride (leaving from Osaka), which was at least three or four hours round trip, I was very satisfied with everything else!

started a little rusty. Lots of traffic jam so we were really delayed for all the stops. And it should have been a beautiful day with full visibility of mt. Fuji, but it was not visible. Our tour guide Andy had hope and let us to the most beautiful places. In the end we were really happy. So if you start the day without being able to see mount Fuji, please keep hoping and be patient! It was worth the wait.

Since the tour only allowed us to view the Christmas tree from the bus, I think it would be better to replace it with another tree spot, especially since there are so many famous trees in the area. Additionally, it would have been great to visit the zoo as we skipped the Chirstmas tree, since we paid for the experience based on the stated itinerary. While it was nice to arrive early and avoid the crowds from other tours, I do wish we had visited Ningle Terrace a bit later to enjoy the surroundings with the lights on. On a positive note, we were lucky enough to experience heavy snowfall throughout the day, even in early March. Catherine was very helpful and kind, and overall, the trip was definitely worth it. However, I would suggest reconsidering the itinerary to offer a better experience, perhaps by replacing the Christmas tree viewing from the bus with something else.

The highlight of the trip was definitely the tour guide—very enthusiastic, professional, and fluent in English. Thanks to their guidance, I learned a lot about the places we visited, the local culture, and the history of the region. Their passion and knowledge made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip to Asahikawa, I highly recommend this experience. It was truly a memorable and meaningful day!

Definitely a 5-star experience. Dazaifu has an interesting historical background. Yufuin was a beautiful town which is famous for a variety of reasons such as strawberries, fried chicken & crab leg to name a few. The Beppu hot springs offered a unique experience.

I was really impressed with this trip! It was a well-packed one-day tour, offering both breathtaking natural scenery and a great shopping experience. Lisa was an excellent guide—she explained everything clearly, was super friendly, and always willing to help. She managed the schedule well to keep us on track. The driver was also very polite and professional. Even on a snowy day, he handled the roads with great skill. Lake Toya was absolutely stunning! I had read some reviews beforehand, so I brought my own sandwich and ate it on the bus. That gave me more time to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery when we arrived. Jigokudani was equally breathtaking. Lisa even offered to take pictures for us, saying she loves photography and wanted to help. She was so sweet! I only wish we had more time there. Next time, I’ll definitely stay overnight to fully experience the atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this tour—it’s totally worth it!
