the host didn’t speak English but she did understand English, they had a translator present for the entire session and the translator spoke perfect English. they were very through and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Seamless process to check in. I accidentally arrived an hour early but they did their best to accommodate my early arrival. The foreign staff did the initial check up (took pictures of my scalp & explained the reasoning for the issues I was concerned with). The scalp care course itself was great- you get to lay in a warm bed in your private room and each step of the scalp care is explained as it is applied. There is also different massages throughout that period. If you’re sensitive like me it might hurt/tickle you, but it feels great in the end. After the treatment, it’s rinsed and you’re taken to get your hair blow dried and styled. From there they have you sit in the waiting room and give you a delicious cup of tea (available for purchase if you like) and will talk about products you may want to purchase. Overall, it was a great experience. All of the staff was friendly and days later my hair/scalp still feels great!! My issues turned out to be nothing serious other than the weather and lack of nutrients~~ I would recommend this for people who have scalp concerns.

Korean makeup is not cheap, but they provide private spaces for makeup, serve complimentary coffee, and the makeup and hair skills are very high. This salon is staffed by two people, so the work is done very efficiently🥹💗 I saw not only tourists, but also a few people who I thought might be Korean influencers🥹🩵

It's a bit far from the subway station. I made a reservation and was quickly arranged. I did my hair and makeup based on your ideas. It took about 2 hours to complete. It was an unforgettable experience.

To start off with the session, you need to complete a survey first. The instructor is really nice and detailed with the explanation and the translator lady is really detailed and explains well. The instructor will provide suggestions on the makeup products and colours and the analysis result gave me the confidence to experiment with new colours. My husband and I truly enjoyed this session.

very easy to use the app, foreigner friendly too! it’s so good to be able to see other people’s reviews and pictures before you commit to a procedure. you can also chat with clinics for any questions and doubts!

Aside from a troubled start because the app suggested the old address and in the new place there was no sign to indicate the place, perhaps because I had recently moved, the makeup made her wonderful. Finally, after 4 years, I took a really beautiful selfie and I can change my profile photo. In the end she also sent me a card with lots of advice on how to reproduce the makeup (very light, perfect for these 34 degrees). I highly recommend her
