Check In: Park your car at the entrance first, after checking in, drive to the upper level and park at the non-reserve lot. You'll be charged at the parking gate but can claim later. Bring your luggage, find a lift to the Ground Floor first, don't press your room level through the parking lift, it won't bring you to your room. You have to walk a long distance all through the ground floor abandoned mall till you reach the room hallway lift near 7eleven. Quite troublesome as the parking lift is not connected to the room building. Room: Room is clean and spacious, Bathroom is quite unique, it's like a small container in the room. Locations: 2minutes walking distance to The Mines Mall. Check out: Make sure you have your card scanned at the receptionist before you pass through the gate in 15minutes to get your parking fee claimed.

thank you the staffs. really helpful and polite. especially to Priya during my check in session. eventhough it was almot midnite but she help me very well. the breakfast was ok la. can improve more. the bed was really comfy. like it!

It was very beautiful placed and the breakfast also delicious. Everything was good but maybe the staff need to explain more about parking more detail due to got some misunderstanding.

We had a wonderful staycation. Convenient next to IOI. Nice room decorations and good selection of food for breakfast. Will definitely come again!

The hotel area is filled with green trees, quick check-in, spacious and beautiful rooms.. breakfast has many choices and everything is delicious.. at night you can walk to the secret garden to see the lights.
