Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of just about everything. Staff is friendly and very nic

It was close to the Opera House, and the room condition, pool, and sauna were all good. I had a rushed schedule, so I didn't get to see the Opera House or the Harbor Bridge, but the sea view was nice.

the place serve better value on your money. friendly staff, able to assist on queries. will likely to recommend to my friends and family if they plan to travel in sydney.

Hotel is situated close to public transport and the tourist area. Room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating.

Nice location in Darling Harbour region, convenient for people attending conference at the ICC Sydney (within walkable distance). Spacious room with adequate amenities. Many restaurants along the harbour.

The staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the ambiance vibe that the establishment has. The decor was very colourful with some historical references throughout. We stayed in a Delux King Room for a birthday weekend and not only found a bday card but also a plateful of sweets, which was a very good start.. The room was a nice sized room, the bathroom was spacious and had good lighting. it was very clean with modern amenities, the bed was very comfortable so it was nice to just jump into the bed after a long day of exploring. The room was fully stocked with drinks, snacks, tea and coffee. they even had a large teabag available for use in the bath! and even had a Dyson hairdryer available! there’s a couple of restaurants, a bar and even a Spa area where you can get yourself a massage. unfortunately we did find that the first thing we noticed when we walked into the establishment while waiting for the lifts to go up was the very unpleasant smell a bit like urine. We also had issues with the TV in the room as it the music we had connected to the phone kept stopping then starting not sure if it was the internet? when we asked for a late checkout the reception desk was happy to accommodate our request, however when we decided to leave the room to go and explore before we checked out, we returned to the room to find that a bottle of wine was removed and our charger even though our bags and everything else was there. When we reported this to reception they said that they thought we had already checked out which we thought was odd. But the staff were nice enough to give the parking to us for free for all the trouble. parking is at 271 Pitt street which is about a 5min walk. but valet parking is an option for a extra cost. All in all is was a good experience.
