We met Caldera and Rami. Rami is a female driver who set up an appointment time the day before. She arrived at the lobby before the appointment time and waited for us. Despite the heavy rain and the long distance, she guided us safely and kindly to our accommodation and Mount Batu. Also, Caldera, the jeep driver, is an excellent driver and was kind, and took great pictures of us. It might be annoying, but she took pictures and videos like a professional, posing for us every single pose. I was worried because it was cloudy and rainy, but thanks to the service of these two people, I was able to make good memories.

A wonderful experience. it is cheaper than other companies. the trip has strarted with our driver JODI, he was very kind and helpful not only to drive us at the meeting point but also to tell us the story about balinese culture, his experience and more. we arrived at meeting point, we jump on the jeep with the other driver named Dimas, very good and kind boy. we reach the mount batur and Dimas take some photo very very beautiful. after the photo, we see the sunrise and after that we reach black lava, very good. To finish, we went to natural hot spring. last but not least we go to a coffe to taste delicious tea and coffe and also the luwak coffe, the most expensive in the world. at the end Jodi take us home. i rally recommended this tour, with Dimas as a jeep driver, and Jodi as a driver to the hotel, beacuse he speak english very well, slow so everyone can understand, and he will tell you very good thing about balinese culture. see you next time!
