We enjoyed the cruise very much. Beautiful scenery and experience overall. Our cruise timing was shifted to a earlier slot by an hour. It was only informed to us on the actual day. You will also received a notification message on the actual day on how to redeem the tickets. The process is not straightforward, the link in the message has to be opened using Wechat to get the QR code or you can also redeem the tickets from the ticket office, hope this helps.

It was a pretty seamless procedure to get the klook qr code validated and exchanged for the physical tickets. ensure to bring all participants passports in order to get your physical tickets. The whole experience took about 80 mins. There will be 2 points where the ship passes by the guangzhou tower. there is a photographer on board the ship who will help u take photos if u wish to purchase it later on, if not which they will give u free super small size photos which they affix into a keyring for u. the snacks on board wasn't anything fancy. Just some sweets, a cup of tea and a packet of tidbits for each person, if u purchased the snack option. overall an enjoyable experience.

At first I was worried about the cold, but it wasn't as cold as I thought it would be, and I enjoyed it comfortably. Ticket exchange and boarding were also smooth. The night cruise was fantastic, with the lights of the Guangzhou Tower and skyscrapers reflected on the water, and when we passed under the bridge, we were surprisingly close, and I was overwhelmed by the power.

food, ambience, bathe, ushering service is definately 200%. must come and experience this!
