We went at the end of the year, it was very cold, but the weather was very good. The wind was very cool when we were in the cable car. When we arrived, the scenery was very beautiful. I recommend going in the morning, there won't be many people because if you go a little later, there will be a lot of people. If you go early, there won't be many people when you take pictures.

Enjoy the scenery along the cable car, see the airport, the new district under construction, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, etc., and you can easily reach the Lantau Giant Buddha.

stay at regala skycity hotel was really good, free airport shuttle service provided and early check in was given. check in was smooth and staff were really humble. even the hotel is connected to Asia world expo station and easy access to everywhere. must stay in Regala skycity if in Hongkong.
