Excellent hotel with new and minimalist stylish decor. Impeccable front desk service. Very generous size room with hill view. Double bathroom sinks. Fabulous Japanese style breakfast. Great location - short walk to Nishiki market and shopping district but yet located in quiet spot. Few nice coffee spots in the same building.

perfect location for all the touristy activities including the traditional town and great restaurants. also close to a train station. room was clean and bed was very comfortable, we would stay again.

Good hotel! It is easy to access and there are many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It is very easy to find and the staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out are fast. The only downside is that the refrigerator is a manual step control and is a bit noisy. Not recommended for people who are sensitive to noise. If you are not going to use the refrigerator, it is quiet. Still, I would like to stay there again next time.

Wonderful hotel. Nice room at very good location. Note this hotel is located at e Tourist belt. Very convenient but the generally the stuff here is more ex compared to the local area. overall still v recommended.

Its a beautifull place. a central point. we have a problem with tha laundry one Day because they take our thing and we get upset oderwise perfect

great location and we got the moss wall room which is quite spacious in Japan. Front desk is English speaking and friendly. i will consider to stay here again if I visit Kyoto

This hotel is a gem! The location is fantastic, walking distance to Gion, the market and downtown Kyoto. The rooms are immaculately clean and the amenities are of good quality. Hands down it was the best choice for our Japan trip.

It is a good location for taking the bus or subway to Kyoto's main tourist spots, and I was satisfied with the free coffee and beverage vending machines in the basement lobby, and the interior facilities, especially the shower room. I would like to visit again next time I travel to Kyoto.
