The indoor and outdoor spaces are very good, the service staff are very professional and it is a warm hotel with a clean environment. It is a short distance from the station but very convenient for shuttle.

Conveniently located near stations and shopping malls. The room size are small but comfortable.

I loved this hotel so much. Our room was amazing, the staff were amazing and accommodating. We could see the Tokyo Tower from our room which was amazing. If I had to say one negative, it would be the breakfast there wasn’t the best, but not terrible either. Overall, this hotel is top tier.

very clean, easy to get to the Gotanda Train Station. The staff are very helpful. laundry station literally a block and a half away. very convenient.

Excellent service and good view

The location was great! It's near Tamachi station and is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and even grocery store (Life) :) They have a self-service station where you can self-check in/out & get what you need from toiletries, coffee/tea, and skincare items. :) The location is ideal and the neighborhood's peaceful.

Fantastic 4* hotel connected to a new mall Ariake Garden. The room is so clean, and relatively spacious. For in house hotel guest, you get to enjoy 24hour onsen access at 2000Yen, unlimited entry within 24hours. Onsen is new and well equipped. First night didnt sleep well because 1 of the headboard light is spoilt. Nx morning, hotel changed room for us. Staff were very responsive to our needs. And hotel provides transport to Tokyo station!
