I definitely enjoyed my stay here in The Basics. The room was big compared to Japan’s standard size. The room had a smart TV which I appreciated. Their atrium lobby is definitely instagram-worthy. Their staff are all friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was good too. But they only offer 1 pillow in the room, so you better ask for 1 more if you sleep with 2 pillows. Towels are also very small and I’m already very short - like, their towels could barely cover anything. If you want to be in the center of it all, the location might not be good for you as it it’s a bit of a walk from Hakata Station. I enjoyed the walk + the peace and quiet, so I dont really have any complaints about that. Overall, I loved the vibe of this hotel l — would definitely stay here again.

Bathtub is available, booked this at $280 for 3 nights, not the nearest to station but walkable 5 mins. for this rate it is reasonable. took bus from airport to the bus terminal and walk to hotel

Although it was a bit far from Hakata Station, it wasn't a bad distance, and the front desk staff were friendly and nice. The room was just big enough for two beds and a little bit of space to sit, but overall it was clean and I was satisfied because I was able to rest and sleep for a while. I would like to use it again next time I go to Fukuoka. It was good.

It is about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station to the hotel. There is a washing machine in the room, tea bags are available in the hotel lobby, and toothbrushes can be picked up by yourself.

the hotel location is recommended, it’s near the train station. Walkable in most of the famous ramen resto , don quijote, canal city, and yatai stalls and just across is family mart and 2 blocks away from lawson.
