Purchase and use of the ticket was a breeze. Finding the platform was not much of a problem as the airport has very useful guides and signs. Trip was indeed fast and we did not have any stops. It was relatively cheap also, perhaps the 2nd cheapest way to travel to/from airport to Seoul Station. It is also the fastest way that I know of when going to Seoul from airport. Really worth it if you are willing to walk and go through the escalators and follow diligently the signs.

I always use it. This time, I thought I would not be able to make it because the waiting time for immigration was long, but I made it just in time. Even if you do not make it, you can change the time for free, so it is better to specify the time on the official website after buying the ticket on Klook. If you purchase the ticket on the day, it will be full and you will have to wait for the next flight.
