Enjoyed the tour because of Jack. He always made sure he explains to us the details of the places and he is very helpful in taking pictures! Would recommend this tour to anyone and it would be more fun if you have Jack as tour guide. The places are also beautiful and breath taking :)

Jia Nan, our chinese-speaking guide, was excellent. She provided detailed explanation of the history and geographical features of Hakone and Mt Fuji. She assisted in pre-arranging tickets and meals so that we minimize waiting times. The itinerary felt a bit rushed, but that was understandable as we need to cover multiple destinations within the day. Highly recommended!
