The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. Room size is just okay and the bathroom, although shared, is nice and clean! will definitely come back here.

The hotel is clean and convenient to walk around area in Shinjuku. Provide free shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland and Disneysea.

The airport bus gets you off right in front, so it's easily accessible, and if you walk a little further, you'll reach Shinjuku Station and the surrounding busy areas, so it's very convenient for getting around. The staff were also very friendly! The interior was also very clean and comfortable!

The room is small but has everything you need. There are a lot of supplies downstairs. The staff is friendly and let us store our luggage for two days. They even offered to lend us a stroller. Overall, if your trip is around Shinjuku, I recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is convenient for shopping. There are all kinds of things for sale. The transportation is convenient to go anywhere. There is a bus at the hotel entrance for returning to Narita Airport or Haneda Airport.
