I recently had the pleasure of experiencing this incredible tour, and it was absolutely fantastic! Every stop on the itinerary exceeded my expectations. The places we visited were breathtaking, and everything was organized perfectly, even better than I had hoped. Special thanks to our amazing guides, Rosey and Giselle. They were incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the history and fascinating details about each location in a way that was both engaging and informative. Their passion for what they do truly shines through. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping us take beautiful photos, ensuring we could capture every special moment. I can't recommend this tour enough—it's a must if you want a well-planned and enriching experience!

the English and Chinese tour guide (Jack and Sunni) were very helpful and friendly! they made sure everyone wasnt left behind. while we had other participants who were late, they managed to get the tour back on time!

Our Busan day trip was an absolute highlight of our South Korea adventure! It was a well-organized, fun, and highly informative experience. Despite the limited time, we managed to visit most of Busan’s iconic attractions in just one day. However, we couldn’t help but feel that the trip left us wanting more—there’s so much of Busan left to explore. This only means we’ll undoubtedly return and book more trips with them in the future! What truly made this trip unforgettable was our incredible tour guide. He didn’t feel like just a guide but quickly became our friend, making the experience more personal and enjoyable. His approachable, friendly, and attentive demeanor made us feel relaxed and unhurried at every stop. Beyond his exceptional knowledge of Busan, he also shared fascinating insights about other destinations, showcasing his impressive expertise. His intellectual insights, interesting trivia, and passion for what he does truly elevated the experience. We had an amazing experience with our guide Ken. He was both an amazing your guide and also went the extra mile to take our pictures. We were a small group that day so he was also the one manning the vehicle and explaining the different places as we went along. The entire tour was a relaxing and culturally enriching experience. I would definitely recommend this your.

Leaving a positive review because of Jack, our tour guide. He was an exceptional guide; his patience and clear communication of instructions before our trip immediately set a wonderful tone. And throughout the tour, he was incredibly engaging, making the experience both educational and enjoyable with his enthusiastic storytelling. His tips and historical insights added depth to our visit, enriching our understanding of Busan and Gyeonju''s rich culture and history. As for the tour, it did save us time. Our tour group had a senior and a child but despite of that we were able to follow our itinerary. I highly recommend this small group tour.

I gave this 5 stars for the spirit of the driver who was just a sweet grandpa. He didn’t speak English but was so chatty wanting to share so much and help us. I was on Google translate the whole car ride. Now just understand this may not be for everyone. The driver doesn’t speak English so you need to be willing to use a translater. The contracted driver did not give us a contact number or a specific location (just taxi parking lot which we went to but he wasn’t there). I only received a number plate part in Korean, a Korean name and they would not tell me what the car looks like. With such vague details I was a little worried. They told us to call the provider if I couldn’t find the driver but none of our internet would work. it stressed me for about 20 mins. Fortunately two kind strangers helped me out and when I did get internet connection the company was trying to call me on WhatsApp. The strangers spoke to the company and looked after me till the driver found me. This was unecessary stress so they should provide a contact number of the driver and the right location, or the driver should communicate directly with us through WhatsApp instead of through a third party. fortunately the rest of the day went really well and the driver was so lovely. He offered to guide us through the temple and take our photos. He was a happy Chappy and we enjoyed.

The driver and tour guide Tina is very good. She took us to the destination we wanted to go. She has good driving skills. Highly recommended for Busan
