Musicbox Laboratory Kaimeiro tours

We loved this tour! It was early September and we still got to see the flowers in bloom except for the lavenders. Regardless it was still beautiful and the places are not crowded! Kudos for the tour guide as well. Very warm and can speak English. We got back to Sapporo before sunset. Definitely a hassle-free tour.

Oscar is the tour guide for the day, he really managed everything well, all itinerary went as planned. In the morning, just go to the meeting point and trip started! he is a cheerful and responsible person, very knowledgeable about Hokkaido! at the end, there is a free gift from the company for all participants in the tour!

brilliant experience, the guide was lovely and knowledgable. we fell in love with Kamakura. what I loved especially is the choice of locations with the added “self-guided” part which meant we got the history, knowledge, got taken to the place but actually had the pleasure of exploring it on our own.

Great day tour experience around the Shikotsu-Toyu National Park. The mini mt. fuji view can be sneaky even on a sunny day from the Lake Hill farm. Kevin our tour guide, was organized, kind and respectful. But he explains more in Chinese than in English. Overall a great experience.

It was a great idea that I chose this tour to Mt. Fuji via Klook instead of planning a DIY. I did not expect a Van instead of the Bus which I thought would be our transpo. The tourguide - JACOB - looked for us in our meeting place at the Tokyo Station and he was really very helpful and kind. Being able to speak 3 languages-Chinese, English and Nihingo- enabled us to communicate and ask him questions regarding our trip. He was also very patient in locating the rest of the group(we were only 7) whenever time was up in a location where we stopped. He drives carefully and made sure we were all safe until our return to our hotel. Thank you, Jacob!

Excellent tour to join if you're travelling with small children or seniors or you don't fancy driving there yourself. The shibazakura was stunning and a very limited seasonal beauty. The tulip farm was amazing too. Couldn't believe we were still in Hokkaido. Only downside is that 8 hours were devoted to commuting, but that's something you have to put up with if you're planning to stay in Sapporo and not go around Eastern Hokkaido.

Takahashi was incredibly efficient and thoughtful with our time, and we truly appreciated how smartly he handled our itinerary. Thanks to his planning, we were always the first tour bus to arrive at each location, which allowed us to beat the crowds and fully enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. He consistently gave us ample time at every destination, and his reminders about when to return to the bus were clear and helpful. He even went the extra mile by calling ahead and purchasing our tickets in advance, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Takahashi was always one step ahead, and his professionalism made a huge difference in how much we enjoyed this tour. We’re really grateful for the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.
