What if I forgot to apply a promo code or credits when booking?

Once payment is complete, promo codes or credits cannot be used. Please make sure to use your promo codes or credits before completing the payment.

If the activity is refundable and still within the free-cancellation period, you can cancel your booking and book again with your promo codes or credits. Please check the actvitiy's cancellation and refund policy first.
