We availed of their service twice already. The 1st time was last December 17, 2022 - peak season. There was a very, very heavy traffic near the two immigrations. But our driver Ryan managed to drive wisely that we were able to arrive at Legoland, JB much earlier than the expected arrival time. We had this unforgettable experience that we forgot to get one bag containing the bottles and milk of our baby. I called him and he was a liitle far away already but he still drove back just to give us the bag. I can’t imagine the stress if he didn’t mind to go back. The 2nd time was last January 5, 2023. We had a lady driver named Vun (She has a Chinese name.). She is young but she managed to assist us in our needs especially that we travelled with 2 children and 1 PWD. Both of the drivers were on time, kind, patient and understanding. Thanks also to the holder of their whatsapp number-maybe he’s the owner. He answered all my queries (a lot). In addition, both two immigrations only asked for our passports unlike if we rode on a bus, we need to go down from the bus and queue for so long at both immigrations. So booking with private car saved us a lot of time and effort - no hassle at all. We will surely book again whenever we will go to JB.

Good and reliable transport to and fro JB. Driver will message you the day before to confirm the appt. Had a comfortable ride to and fro, don’t have to worry abt standing in the bus if there are elderlies/impaired. Definitely worth the price if there are more ppl sharing the cost. Recommended!

its so worth it no hassle in and out of SG-Malaysia and v.v., no need to go down for IO, you will just sit back and relax and just acknowledge when your name will be called by the IO in the car window :) our driver is so nice and easy to communicate with and He is so on time :) thanks klook until our next travel adventure in SG/Malaysia :)
