    Move over, Dalgona Coffee!

Are you tired of having the same cup of coffee every single morning? Or you’ve already tried the Dalgona Coffee trend and whisked until your fingers blistered? If you answered yes to both questions, we’ve got a few caffeinated solutions for you!
With "circuit breaker" in full swing, the simple joy of switching up your cuppa will help you stay sane throughout the next few weeks. Since you’re running out of things to do anyway, might as well dive into these interesting coffee tricks!

    Kori-Kohi - Japan 🇯🇵

If you love a cold coffee, but don't want it watered down, Kori-Kohi is the one for you. It’s a type of iced coffee that’s equally delectable and Instagrammable. Freeze up a batch of coffee as ice cubes, and toss them in a tall glass, pour in your warm milk - and voila! You’ve levelled up both your coffee and Instagram game!

    Einspanner - Austria 🇦🇹

You’ll need to bring out your whisk again for this one! Whoever said Koreans invented whipped coffee obviously never heard of the Austrian’s traditional cuppa. Einspanner is just as fancy as it sounds - so for slower mornings when you can a lot some extra time to whip up this concoction, we recommend you try it!

    Egg Coffee - Vietnam 🇻🇳

Egg and coffee? Don’t knock it ‘till you try it! If you’re not sure it goes together, well there’s no better time than quarantine to find out. This style of coffee is very popular in Vietnam, but was introduced by the French way back when. That’s a whole lot of history to have in a cup of coffee - and if the recipe has survived for decades, we’d like to think it’s worth a try.

    Coconut Coffee - Vietnam 🇻🇳

It’s time to ditch regular milk for this one. Instead of milk or creamer, this Vietnamese-style cup of coffee is made with frozen coconut milk. With warmer days approaching, doesn’t this sound like a dream?

Matcha Espresso Latte - Japan 🇯🇵

Matcha lattes are typically done without a single drop of coffee. But for days when you feel like you need that caffeine fix, but don’t feel like sacrificing your daily matcha - this easy coffee trick will allow you the best of both worlds.

    Kopi Peng - Singapore 🇸🇬

If everything above is too fancy, then the good old Kopi Peng is sure to hit home. Grab some condensed milk and evaporated milk and top it off with some ice... There, you’ve got Kopi Peng!
Kopi Peng is essentially 80% coffee, 10% condensed milk, 10% evaporated milk, and ice cubes! Customise your sweetness level with the amount of condensed milk you add.
