Hong Kong Travel Requirements
Thinking of heading to Hong Kong for the best dim sum, roast meat and egg waffles, or planning to visit the happiest place on earth? Guess what? Travel to Hong Kong just got easier, with an announcement that on-arrival PCR tests for international travellers and Vaccine Pass Scheme no longer needed! You will also no longer need to wear masks (indoors and outdoors) as the mask mandate will be dropped from 1 March 2023.

Pre-Departure Checklist
What exact requirements will you need to travel to Hong Kong?
You need to be:
- Fully vaccinated (See the list of COVID-19 Vaccines Recognised for Specified Purposes on which vaccines are accepted)
- A negative pre-departure Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) taken within 24 hours of departure (best to keep photo proof to show to immigration)
Note: Submission of the health declaration form is now voluntary.
Arrival in Hong Kong
As announced today, international travellers:
- No longer have to take the on-arrival PCR
- It is still recommended to do ART daily for five days
- The Vaccine Pass will be removed
- Social distancing requirements (dining restrictions such as a distance of 1.5 metres between two tables, 12-person gathering ban in public) will also be removed

If you test positive for Covid in Hong Kong
Infected individuals must undergo a five-day isolation and can only be released after showing negative results on ART on the 4th and 5th day.
Close contacts will not need to undergo quarantine although testing is still required.
Returning to Singapore
Complete SG Arrival Card
All travellers are required to complete the SG Arrival Card up to 72 hours before departure for Singapore.
