Hotel restaurants in Singapore with dining deals
In our hunt for delish food in our little red dot, most of us don’t think twice about hotel dining or fine dining restaurants since we assume that they’re way beyond our budget. But with these 49 hotel dining deals in Singapore, that’s not true one bit - instead, we’ll be making the most of these 1-for-1 offers and discounted set meals to dine at some of Singapore’s finest hotels.
From seafood buffets to atas high tea sets, here is what’s at the very top of our wishlist:
1. Local and Asian A-la-Carte Buffet at Window on the Park
A hotel meal is always a treat, but this Local and Asian A-la-Carte Buffet at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard’s Window on the Park is exceptional - it comes loaded with fresh seafood on ice including the likes of tiger prawns, clams, and mussels. Many of these dishes are upscale renditions of our local zi char favourites.
The thought of their Black Pepper Mud Crabs and Golden Cereal Prawns are already making us salivate! You can also look forward to a selection of other hawker favourites like Fruit Rojak and Kueh Pie Tee.

2. 2-course set lunch at Ash & Elm
While most of us think set lunches are solely for stuffy business meetings, the 2-course set lunch over at InterContinental Singapore’s Ash & Elm proves us wrong. With the restaurant’s airy ambience, you’ll be dining in style with a choice of different lunch set menus.
When you have mains like roast chicken, mushroom risotto, or a sea bass fillet, your taste buds will be satiated no matter which menu you end up with. Else, you can also try the Weekend Brunch Set or score 10% off cash vouchers ($50/$100).

3. International buffet with reservation at The Line
As far as hotel restaurants in Singapore go, the international buffet at The Line at Shangri-La is a true gem. They’re known for their lavish spread of different cuisines, everything from Japanese sushi platters to delish Indian curries. Most will thoroughly enjoy the selection of pasta dishes that are cooked a la minute, ranging from Wagyu Beef Bolognese to Creamy Carbonara.
Different days come with different themes, and you can choose which suits your palette best: Wednesday’s Butcher’s Table buffet comes meaty sausages and rib-eye steaks while Thursday’s Marine Harvest buffet is filled with lobster chawanmushi and Boston lobsters.
There’s no shortage of desserts here either - it’s a dream come true for those with a sweet tooth!

4. World famous Chicken Rice at Chatterbox
While chicken rice is a dish we’re most familiar with at our nearby hawker centre, Chatterbox at Hilton Singapore Orchard serves up a plate that you’ll remember for years on. As atas as it might seem, their Hainanese chicken rice ticks all the boxes: plump grains of rice, silky-smooth poached chicken, and a hearty bowl of chicken broth. And best of all? A punchy chilli sauce to tie it all together.
Their other dishes are also worth trying, namely the Lobster Laksa and Abalone Kolo Mee for levelled-up hawker fare.
