    Getting to Odaiba: Transportation Options

There are various ways to reach Odaiba, whether you prefer a classic Tokyo train ride or even a picturesque boat journey, Odaiba is easily accessible with any and here's how.

    Yurikamome Line

To be able to get to Odaiba, you can take the picturesque train ride via the Yurikamome. To get here (and make the most of your unlimited-ride Tokyo Subway Ticket), use your Tokyo Subway Ticket to reach Shimbashi Station. Once you're in Shimbashi Station, purchase a separate ticket to get on the Yurikamome to Daiba Station (as of writing, it will only cost you JPY 330).
An alternative option is if you have a transportation IC card like ICOCA or Welcome Suica, you may use these instead of purchasing a separate ticket to get on the Yurikamome.
The journey from Shimbashi Station to Odaiba takes about 14 minutes and you'll see views of the famous Rainbow Bridge with Tokyo's city skyline!

    Rinkai Line

Likewise, the Rinkai Line facilitates easy access to Odaiba. It provides a direct route from Shinjuku or Shibuya to Odaiba. From Shinjuku Station or Shibuya Station, you can take the JR Saikyo Line that goes to the Rinkai Line then get off at Tokyo-Teleport Station (as of writing, a one-way ride will cost you JPY 510-520). If you have the JR TOKYO Wide Pass, this route is included!

    Boat Ride

For a more scenic and unique option, you can take a boat ride from Hinode Pier to Odaiba Seaside Park. The boat ride, which takes around 60 minutes, traverses Tokyo Bay, offering stunning views of the cityscape, the Rainbow Bridge, and even a glimpse of Haneda Airport in the distance.
Klook Tip: You have to purchase tickets on the day as there's currently no online booking for this route. You can check the day's operating status on the Tokyo Cruise website.
Not only does the boat ride offer an alternative mode of transportation, but it also doubles as a sightseeing tour! As it gently cruises across the bay, passengers can take in the beauty of Tokyo from a different perspective, enjoy panoramic views of the city skyline, including Decks Tokyo Beach, see famous landmarks such as the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, and capture stunning photos of the waterfront. The boat ride from Hinode Pier costs JPY 860 for adults and JPY 430 for children, as of writing.
