Vaccinated Travel Lane to South Korea
Starting 15 November 2021, Singaporeans can enjoy quarantine-free travel to South Korea under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL). In order to qualify for this, you will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have your vaccination certificate with you during your trip.

Flying to South Korea
Singapore will be the first country that South Korea will open its borders to for quarantine-free travels. In order to qualify for this, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Have a 14-day travel history in Singapore or South Korea only
- Take a direct flight from Singapore to South Korea
- Purchase travel insurance with a minimum of 30M KRW(~S$35,000) coverage(For short-term visitors only)
- Apply for Korea Electronic Travel Authorization at least 24 hours before departure
You will also need to fulfil the following COVID-19 tests requirements:
- Pre-Departure Test - Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test to be taken up to 72 hours prior to the flight
- On arrival in South Korea - Travellers must make an online reservation for the PCR test at Incheon International Airport before leaving Singapore
- For travellers staying 8 or more days - Take another PCR test on day 6/7 at a government-designated medical facility in Korea
Flying back to Singapore
You will have to fly back to Singapore on designated VTL flights, which will be operated by Singapore Airlines, Korea Air, and Asiana Airlines. You must not have any travel history outside of Singapore and the VTL countries in the past 14 days to be eligible for the VTL flights. You will also need to fulfil the following COVID-19 tests requirements:
- Pre-departure PCR test within 48 hours before flight departure
- On-arrival PCR test at Changi Airport

1. Snoopy Garden
Grew up reading Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts gang? Relive your childhood memories with your kids when you visit Snoopy Garden, a Jeju family destination dedicated to the classic Charles M. Schulz comic strips.
Located on the eastern side of Jeju, Snoopy Garden has two main sections. You can walk through its five themed halls at the indoor Garden House, filled with timeless comic strips. Descriptions are both written in Korean and English, so everyone can enjoy the nostalgia.
Head on out to the Outdoor Garden with 11 themed parks! Step into the world of Peanuts and meet the gang in a magical garden filled with life-sized exhibits and picturesque landscape. Kids will definitely enjoy running around the Beagle Scout Camp area!
Snoopy Garden also features Cafe Snoopy that serves American home-style brunch and a Peanuts Store where you can buy adorable memorabilia to take home.

2. Moomin Land Jeju
Another well-loved cartoon comes to life in Jeju! Moomin Land in Jeju is the largest Moomin-themed venue in Korea, and all corners of it showcase the history and life of the beloved Finnish cartoon. Even its building exterior replicated the famous blue Moomin House!
Go on an adventure and explore the exciting Moomin world with this destination’s interactive displays and exhibits. You and your family will undoubtedly be entertained in the Moomin Village, where you can take ‘Gram-worthy photos. You can even see these characters come to life at its wonderful theatre!

3. Figure Museum Jeju
Heads up, your favourite Marvel superheroes and Disney and Pixar characters have landed in Jeju! No need to go to Hollywood to get up close and personal with these film icons. Just head onto Figure Museum Jeju and enjoy a day filled with an array of toys and action figures!
Figure Museum Jeju has two floors and a separate wing for its Mini Museum. If your kids love superheroes, go straight to the first floor for life-sized statues of Doctor Strange, Spiderman, Iron Man, Captain America, and more. Then, take your kids to meet Spongebob Squarepants as well as other beloved animated characters on the second floor.
The Mini Museum is filled with medium-sized to tiny action figures ranging from the vintage classics, Popeye and Robot Taekwon V, to modern favourites, such as The Matrix and Harry Potter!

Learn the art of glass blowing and lampwork at Jeju Glass Castle. This kaleidoscopic family destination in Jeju is a glass art theme park home to colorful sculptures and exhibits from all over the world!
Make a day out of Jeju Glass Castle’s attractions! There are six model parks to explore with over 250 art pieces to marvel at. Scour your way out of the world’s first glass labyrinth, check out the world’s largest glass ball and glass diamond, or cross the glass bridge!

5. Jeju Greem Cafe
What’s a family trip without great eats, right? When you feel peckish, check out Greem Cafe at the Jeju Aerospace Museum, where a quirky dining experience awaits you and the kiddos. The good news is that you don’t have to pay an entrance fee at the Aerospace Museum to visit this cafe!
As soon as you step inside the cafe, you’ll be transported to a 2D cartoon world where everything is black and white. Everything in the venue is painted white with black outlines—even the plates and mugs! Trust us, the illusion really looks convincing, and you’ll have fun playing with the interiors and posing for those photos.
