What You Can Expect In Phase Two (Heightened Alert) At Attractions, Tours, Movies, Cruises

[Updated 23 July 2021] On 20 July 2021, the Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced the need to tighten measures, amidst growing COVID-19 clusters in Singapore. The new measures will take effect from 22 July 2021 through 18 August 2021, subject to the prevailing public health situation in Singapore.

As such, many of our Singapoliday plans had to be halted or put on hold as we digest these new measures. Here’s what you need to know about visiting attractions, movies, cruise rides and tours.

Fixed-dated tickets dated 22 July to 18 August, purchased before 22 July, will be auto-extended till 30 November 2021 as open-dated tickets. Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Safari & Jurong Bird Park	If you have already booked a time slot on the WRS website and wish to reschedule, email your e-tickets to enquiry@wrs.com.sg at least 7 days before your original date of participation. You may choose a new date of visit within the next 3 months. If you have not booked a time slot, your tickets will be extended till 31 December 2021. Kindly book a time slot on the WRS website.
Gardens by the Bay	You may postpone your visit by booking a new time slot at the Gardens by the Bay website. If your ticket expires before 18 August 2021, kindly drop an email to feedback@gardensbythebay.com.sg with your ticket and new intended date of visit.
Wild Wild Wet	Tickets are open-dated and has been extended to 17 November 2021. You may use your original ticket to visit. Top up will be required for guests holding off-peak tickets and wish to visit on a peak date.
Singapore Flyer	Vouchers have been extended to 30 November 2021. You may use your original voucher to visit.
Singapore Flyer Beverage/Dining	You can postpone your Sky Dining and Beverage Flight bookings till 30 November 2021. Kindly request for an amendment at Ask Klook with your booking details and desired visit date.
Singapore Cable Car	Tickets have been extended to 31 December 2021. For Sky Dining, email to enquiry@onefabergroup.com with your new intended date of visit.
Snow City	Tickets have been extended till 30 November 2021. You will need to book a new time slot on the Snow City Website.
Science Centre Singapore	Visit date can be postponed for up to 2 months from the selected date. You can use your original voucher to enter.
Madame Tussauds Singapore	Tickets have been extended for 6 months from your date of purchase. You will need to book a time slot on the Madame Tussauds Website for your new visit date.
Jewel Changi Attractions	Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021. You can use your original ticket to enter the attraction or redeem at the Jewel Concierge, depending on the ticket type purchased.
Hydrodash	Tickets can be extended for up to 3 months from your original participation date. Kindly request for an amendment at Ask Klook with your booking details and desired visit date.
iFly Singapore	Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021. Drop an email to info@iflysingapore.com to reschedule your flight.
Trick Eye Museum	Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021. Make a time slot booking on the Trick Eye Museum website with your new desired visit date.
ArtScience Museum	To amend the timeslot of your visit that was booked on MBS website, drop an email to museumenquiries@marinabaysands.com If you have not booked a timeslot, visit our Klook page to reserve a timeslot using the links provided for respective exhibitions. You may visit after reserving a timeslot with your original ticket.
Marina Bay Sands Skypark	Tickets have been extended till 30 September 2021. You can use your original ticket to enter.
Ola Beach Club	Email to Sports@olabeachclub.com to reschedule your visit.
Nerf Action Xperience	Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021. You may reschedule your time slot at the NERF website.	New Operating hours of 12 to 6pm from 26 July
Kiztopia	Tickets have a validity of 2 months from your date of purchase. Kindly request for an amendment at Ask Klook with your booking details and desired visit date.
Royal Albatross	Drop an email to reservations@tallship.com.sg to reschedule your sail.
Singapore River Cruise	You are allowed to reschedule your participation date to any date from 19 August to 31 December 2021 by dropping an email to support@klook.com

1. Resorts World Sentosa

Universal Studios Singapore remains open during this phase 2 (heightened alert) and here are some of the new safety measures in place:

All rides will be available except Amber Rock Climb™, Magic Potion Spin and Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN vs. CYLON™ until further notice. Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN vs. CYLON™ is unavailable due to maintenance.
All shows except Sesame Street Goes Bollywood will be unavailable until further notice.
All F&B outlets will be temporarily closed. However, selected F&B carts will be open to offer guests packaged foods and beverages only.

To ensure your safety, a reservation is required before you visit, please visit here. As long as you manage to make a reservation, you are within the 25% capacity limit.

To reschedule your visit, simply visit the RWS website to change your visit date to modify your existing booking. All tickets will be extended till 30 Nov 2021 so fear not if you’ve already bought a ticket.

S.E.A Aquarium will also remain open but all shows, public feeding sessions and character meet-and-greet will not be available until further notice.

Do take note of the following changes in operating hours:

Universal Studios Singapore: Friday - Sunday, 2pm - 7pm (Early entry not applicable)
S.E.A. Aquarium: Saturday - Monday, 10am - 5pm
Adventure Cove Waterpark: Closed till 18 Aug 2021
Dolphin Island: Closed till 18 Aug 2021

2. Wildlife Reserve Singapore (Singapore Zoo, River Safari, Night Safari, Jurong Bird Park)

All 4 Wildlife Reserves Singapore parks will remain open and operate at 25% capacity. Here are some of the new safety measures in place:

Private buggy tours will be suspended during this period.
Shows will take in a maximum of 50 guests
animal token feedings will continue in pairs.
All dine-in areas will be closed, but F&B outlets will serve takeaway meals.
All visitors are required to book their visit date and time online before visiting the parks.
Some experiences, programmes and animal exhibits may be temporarily closed to keep everyone safe. Check out what you can plan to see and do.

To reschedule your visit, if you've already booked a timeslot on the WRS website, you can call in or email your e-tickets to enquiry@wrs.com.sg and provide a new date and the WRS team will assist. If you have not booked a timeslot, your tickets have been extended till December 2021 so you will just need to make a booking before heading down.

3. Science Centre Singapore and Snow City

Science Centre Singapore and Snow City are still open and operating at 25% capacity with the following safety measures in place:

All guests are required to pre-book their timed-entry tickets before visiting Snow City.
Visits are limited to 2 persons per group.

Do take note of the following changes in their operating hours :

Science Centre Singapore, KidsSTOP and Omni-Theatre: Fridays - Sundays (4-6 June and 11-13 June) | 2-5pm

Snow City: Tuesdays - Fridays 10.00 am - 5.00 pm (Last Entry at 4.00 pm) | Weekends, School & Public Holidays 10.00 am - 6.00 pm (Last Entry at 5.00 pm)

If you’ve already booked your tickets but wish to postpone your visit, all Snow Citytickets have been extended till 30 November 2021 and all Science Centre Singapore tickets have been extended for 2 months from your selected date.

4. Wild Wild Wet

Wild Wild Wet will remain open with the following safety measures in place:

Staggering of rides at hourly intervals for Slide Up, Torpedo and Waterworks
High traffic areas are sanitized every 2 hours
Maximum of 2 pax per terminal for Cabanas and Locker terminals

There will also be the following capacity limits for rides:

Tsunami	Max 50 pax 30 mins playtime Collection of Queue Cards for playtime will be released hourly for the next hour
Splash Play	Max 20 pax 20 mins playtime Collection of Queue Cards for playtime will be released hourly for the next hour
Shiok River	Max 50 pax 1 round of playtime
Professors Playground	Max 50 pax 20 mins playtime Collection of Queue Cards for playtime will be released hourly for the next hour

You will be able to postpone your visit up till 17 November but do note that if you’re holding on to off-peak tickets, a top up is required if you wish to visit on a peak date. Starting 24th May 2021, Wild Wild Wet will be closed every Monday to Thursday till 18 August 2021.

5. Gardens by the Bay

Both the indoor and outdoor gardens at Gardens by the Bay will remain open with the following safety measures:

Face masks may only be removed when eating, drinking and performing strenuous activities such as jogging, cycling. Other light exercises like playing ball or dog walking are not considered strenuous activities.
Wedding couples who are at Gardens must also wear their face masks at all times, including during photo-taking.
When visiting, group size should not exceed 2 persons (as mandated by the government for social gatherings from 16 May - 13 June 2021), with no intermingling between groups.

6. Singapore Flyer

The Singapore Flyer remains open with the following safety measures in place:

The capacity in each capsule is reduce from 14 to 7 pax
Daily Kopi on Level 1 will remain open for takeaway.
Sky View Pavilion (Level 1), Whimsical Reality (Level 1) and Play Space (Level 1) will be closed till 13 June.

All tickets purchased have had their validities extended till 30 Dec 2021 and Flyer Beverage and Dining has been extended till 30 Sept’21. If you’d like to reschedule your visit, please contact support@klook.com

Do note the following change in Opening Hours from 20 May 2021:

Singapore Flyer: Thursday – Sunday and on Public Holidays 3pm – 9pm (last admission: 8:30pm)

Time Capsule: Thursday – Sunday and on Public Holidays 3pm – 9pm (last admission: 8:15pm)

7. Singapore Cable Car

The Singapore Cable Car will remain open but some retail and dining outlets have been temporarily closed:

No sharing of cable car cabin among different groups of guests, maximum 2 guests in each cabin
Disinfecting cable car seats after every ride
Cable Car Sky Dining and Good Old Days (Western Grill @ Level 1) are suspended during this period.
Arbora, Dusk and Good Old Days are open for takeaways on selected a la carte items.
Sentosa Island Bus Tour will operate with reduced capacity capped at a maximum of 20 pax per tour, with groups of no more than 2 pax within each bus tour.
Wings of Time will remain closed

Pre-purchased attraction bundle using SingaporeRediscovers voucher (SRV) with validity period originally dated on 30 June 2021 will be granted an extension till 31 Dec 2021. Until the dine-in restriction is lifted, all SRV bundles with F&B components (i.e., Arbora/Good Old Days/Dusk set meal, drinks or cake set) will be temporarily unavailable.

The Singapore Cable Car has also revised its operation hours to 845am to 6pm (last boarding at 530pm)

8. Attractions in Sentosa

The following attractions in Sentosa Island remain open with some changes in operating hours, capacity limits have been reduced to 25% and certain extensions granted for tickets:

AJ Hackett	AJ Hackett remains open and you are allowed to postpone your visit if you’d like to. Simply email support@klook.com
Hydrodash	Existing tickets can be extended to 3 months, to reschedule your visit, please email your booking details to support@klook.com
Madame Tussauds	Revised opening hours 10am to 5pm Your ticket is valid 6 months from your date of purchase and you can postpone your visit to anytime within that period. You will need to re-book your intended date and time of visit here.
Mega Adventure	Do note the following changes in operating hours: Mon, Thu and Fri 2pm,- 6pm\| Sat Sun and PH 11am - 6pm\| Tue and Wed closed
Trick Eye Museum	Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021. Make a time slot booking on the Trick Eye Museum website with your new desired visit date.
Ola Beach Club	Email to Sports@olabeachclub.com to reschedule your visit.

10.Singapore River Cruise and Duck Tours rides

The Singapore River Cruise, Duck Tours and Big Bus Tours are currently suspended from 22 July to 18 August.

All tours from 22 July to 18 August 2021 have been suspended. Operations will resume on 20 August 2021.

RiverCruise by WaterB & Singapore River Cruise

All tours from 22 July to 18 August 2021 have been suspended.

You are allowed to postpone your date of activity to any date from 19 Aug to 31 Dec 2021. Drop an email to support@klook.com with your booking details and new intended date of visit.

Tours

Tours are still allowed to go ahead, with a maximum group size of 20 pax, however, some tours have chosen to stop operating during this period. Tours with food and drink components that require the removal of masks, including dine-in F&B, food sampling/tasting, are also not allowed. The respective tour operators or Klook will be in touch with you to reschedule your affected tours. For additional queries, kindly submit them at Ask Klook with your booking details.

Movies

Cinemas will be allowed to operate, with up to 100 people allowed into the halls with pre-event testing implemented. Only up to 50 people may be allowed without pre-event testing. The prevailing group size of two people still applies.

Cruises

Cruises are still allowed to sail with a capacity limit of 25% but there have been new safety measures put in place.

Travelling groups are limited to 2 per cabin and guests from the same household with bookings for more than 2 guests per cabin may opt to continue the cruise with proof of valid documentation of the individual's household details.
Dine-in service at on-board restaurants will be temporarily suspended during this period. For the comfort and convenience of guests, take-away and room service options will be made available.
Temporary suspension of indoor mask-off activities.
Permitted onboard activities will continue to operate at reduced capacity and with enhanced social safe distancing measures.

All customers with a Dream Cruises or Royal Caribbean booking between 22 July to 18 August 2021 would have received an email on 21 July 2021 with options to reschedule your sail. For additional queries, kindly submit them at Ask Klook with your booking details.
