Easy to redeem and great service in addition to a good variety of outfits to choose from. They could’ve explained more clearly about additional charges especially for hairstyling upfront. Also clearer instructions for returning back to the store if we have accessories but nonetheless a fun experience and it’s a short walk to the palace with free entry.

Very good experience, they let you choose the style you want, they help you dress and then they send you to the hairdresser, they give you your shoes, bag and coat for the cold and they take you directly to the session where the photographer guides you and tells you what poses to follow, once the session ends you have an hour to be in the palace with the hanbok, really an experience.

the employees were nice to us and they steam the clothes before placing them back on the racks and I feel the place has a good ambiance even there were a lot of people during our time there (9am) and one more thing, if you rent a Hanbok, entrance is free going inside the Palace

The location was quite easy to find, the instructions from KLOOK was quite helpful and there was a big sign near by so it didn’t take too long to find at all. on to the hanbok… I am not too sure if it was necessary to get the ‘premium’ option because there wasn’t even much for me to choose from. The staff there told me that many of them was too long so I had hardly anything to choose from (I’m 5’0’). Anyways, the hanbok experience was good because the staff there was really helpful, they helped to put the hanbok on for me and also you can picked a basic hairstyle which they’d help you to do. (all included). The lady who did my hair was so kind and friendly.

This is my 2nd time to wear hanbok.l but this time I brought my mother to wear this one too. She really enjoyed wearing it. Korean feels it is! Easy to locate the shop and too much options of hanbok to choose. They let us choose our designs and choices. They have lockers too. Highly recommended a must to do in Korea! We visited the nearest palace.

first of all u need to wear a petticoat cause its very cold me and my family just wear the hanbok only,we take 4 hour session because is too cold and windy we end 2 and the half hour only the rest is good. we have a good view and enjoy.The hanbok price is acceptable and beautiful..
