I had an amazing experience on my trip to Phillip Island, thanks to Chamille and Zoe. From the moment we kicked off in the morning, Chamille’s friendly and energetic personality stood out. She’s wonderfully loud, which was great for me sitting at the back! She gave detailed explanations throughout the tour and was happy to answer my questions during our breaks. I even ran into her again on another day, and she recognized me right away! Chamille is naturally friendly and genuinely cares for her customers. The trip itself was fantastic, efficiently covering many spots in a single day. It was well-organized and reliable – highly recommended!

the tour started on time. steve is wonderful. he would sometimes share childhood stories on some sites which made the tour more personal which we love so much. he also made sure that we get to see kangarooss and koalas. the attractions are 10/10 should visit if you’re ever in melbourne.

Hassle free experience in redeeming the ticket from the ferry pier office. Moreover the tickets on klook are way cheaper than buying the tickets directly from the ticket office. The ferry ride was smooth with amazing views of the Melbourne skyline and complimentary drink (coffee/tea) onboard.

Highly recommend this tour for those considering going for GOR coastal ride. I enjoyed the tour and really have to compliment the driver guide, John Walraven. Thanks to him, the journey was so entertaining & he told us so much interesting facts. The morning tea was good and relaxing. It would be better if more time were given at The Gibson steps and 12 Apostles.

Chris was a fantastic tour guide, with the music he played on the long drives as well as his humourous chats. We met only a couple of our individual travellers during most of the spots (other than gibbson / 12 apostles) which made it pleasant and enjoyable.

Great half day tour with Craig as our awesome guide, chose this tour as it started slightly later and we got to see kangaroos! Recieved a reminder email a day before with the meeting details! Meeting location was at Federation Square Bus & Coach Pickup Drop-off area, there was a toilet there before boarding the mini-van. While driving out of the city, Craig shared some history of the area even giving us quizzes with prizes. The first stop was Yarra Valley Dairy which was about an hour ride, and we got to try different type of cheese. The next stop was 5mins away, Chandon, where we got free salted fries, and purchased our own sparkling wine to try. Next stop was the Yering Station Winery where we got to taste different types of wine, followed by the next stop at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, where we got to taste multiple chocolates. Time was given to purchase your own Ice cream and chocolates as souvenirs. Finally, we were driven into the exclusive eastern golf club to see kangaroos! We had an hour drive back to Federation Square to conclude the tour around 7.15pm. overall a delightful tour experience.

Had a wonderful day under the guide Dirk whom is knowledgeable and friendly. He sees that my mother struggle to walk so told us about the buggy service to use to see penguins. Easy pick up at our hotel and each places are well thought of.

Went as a solo joiner and it was amazing. The guide was friendly and made sure everyone was always comfortable. We went to 4 wineries and each served just the right amount/glasses of wine to try. I’d do this again in a heartbeat.
