We recently had the pleasure of joining a tour led by 1) Zuber who guided on Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and 2) Azam who guided on Baby Taj, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The high-speed train between Delhi and Agra took 1 hour 40 minutes to go and 1 hour 50 minutes to return, and snacks were provided on both the way there and back, so I was able to enjoy the Indian train journey. In addition, the driver guided me to the train on the way there and the guide guided me to the train on the way back, so I didn't get lost in the station and it was comfortable. In Agra, our guide Ansari explained things to us in very fluent Japanese, so I was able to learn more about the history of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and the history of the Mughal Empire, and it was an impressive and meaningful tour. The lunch included in the tour was also very delicious North Indian food. Overall, it was a very memorable and wonderful tour, and good value for money. This time I traveled alone, but next time I would like to join this tour with my family.

i think that I received more than what I paid for. They saw to it that I had the best experience of Taj. I was supposed to take the train but because of a festival going on, train tickets were put on waiting list and instead of this tour company cancelling my booking, theyve provided me a private car from Delhi to Agra, paid for meals of my choice at a fancy restaurant. And whats more was that they welcomed me in their office in Agra. Excellent service indeed!

The hotel pick-up was on time (5 am). The driver (Baldinger) was on time! It saved a lot of time. The 3-hour trip was smooth. We passed by Shiva Dhaba and were able to try their Masala Chai. Bottled water is provided. The fast-tracked Taj Mahal entrance fee is an additional fee. You are advised not to bring other items except the "6 items" allowed. Rashid thoroughly guided us on our entire tour. He was knowledgeable. At the end of our trip, we passed by the Silver Hut Shop where you have the option to buy marble-made items and souvenirs are your own choice.
