very dirty hotel. Not clean. In the toilet there are slings. We book 2 nights, we can’t stay anymore so we cancel the booking but no refund. I have a video about the dirty hotel

For the price, convenience to KL Sentral station, room was clean and quiet, sleeped like a baby!

First time staying at this hotel and it was a delightful experience. I booked Premier King for one night but was upgraded to a Suite by the front desk during check-in. My kids were so happy as they got a room with a bathtub. The location is very convenient, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and a lot of menus to choose from. Will definitely come back for a stay.

Clean and Tidy, and the environment is very nice, suitable for family staycation...very convenient to travel to KL via LRT
